What is the rental process for a Rockblaster Hammer?
Renting equipment from RBHammers is simple! Our team will help you select the right equipment for your machine and jobsite requirements.
1. Contact Our Team: Email us or give us a call to discuss your project, equipment requirements, rental duration, and availability.
2. Review Your Quote: We’ll provide a rental quote outlining equipment specifications, rental rates, and any applicable delivery or installation charges.
3. Complete Rental Documents: Before scheduling delivery, we’ll need a signed rental agreement, payment arrangements, and a Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing General Liability, Rental Equipment Coverage, and Workers’ Compensation insurance. RBHammers Corp. must be listed as an Additional Insured under General Liability and as a Loss Payee under Rental Equipment Coverage.
4. Schedule Delivery & Installation: Once everything is approved, we’ll coordinate delivery to your jobsite. For hydraulic hammer rentals, our technicians will assist with installation, hydraulic flow adjustments, and an operating and maintenance walkthrough.
5. Get to Work! Our team remains available throughout your rental for technical support, service, and equipment questions.

Do you offer day rentals?
No, we offer weekly and monthly rentals.
How often do I need to grease my hammer?
Regular greasing is essential to keep your RBHammer running smoothly and extend its lifespan. Grease not only lubricates the tool but also creates a dust seal that helps prevent debris from entering the internal components.
We recommend using 5% Moly Grease (#2), certified specifically for Rockblaster hammers. For best results, grease the hammer every 1 to 2 hours of continuous use, while the tool is in the upright position and fully compressed.

We do sell drill components, including drill bits, rods, and striking bars, designed for rock drilling and breaking applications. Our focus is on specialized equipment for rock removal.

Shaped like a flathead screwdriver, the chisel provides greater control during operation. Ideal for general breaking and cutting of concrete, making it the most versatile and commonly used option.
Blunt
Featuring a flat striking surface, the blunt tool is designed for heavy-duty applications. It efficiently fractures large pieces of rock or concrete.
Moil
Shaped like a pencil point, the moil is best suited for penetrating and breaking hard, abrasive materials where concentrated force is required.
Mine Spade
Designed with a wide, tapered edge, this tool is ideal for cutting asphalt, scaling surfaces, and trenching applications where controlled separation is needed. The increased surface contact helps maintain consistent engagement with the material, reducing the likelihood of blank firing during scaling applications.
